Chosen Solution
I recently had my ZTE Zmax freeze. It turned off soon after and still has not turned on. No matter what I do, (volume+power, holding power button) nothing happens. Can someone help?
have you tried plugging your device into a PC or even just regular charging on a wall outlet? I have the same device and generally after trying a hard reset with it plugged in, it came back to life a few times.
