Zte grand x max 2 loads and can hear it but dont see it the 3 blue buttons blue come on no red light help ive tried every thing I can think of trying to factory reset it but don’t see it Loads up but screen is dead the battery dont come out so is it spare parts?.

Try holding the power and volume buttons at the same time until it goes on and off 3 times. I’ve had the same problem.
