I’m facing this problem. Your PC ran into problem we’re collecting some info and will restart it whenever I touch my laptop since last 3 days. I renewed window (installed window 10). But still the same problem. Is it a hardware problem? Should I go to repair?
I went to Acer shop. They fix the problem saying that its hard drive was loose. Tighten the drive’s nuts. Now working well.
