I dropped my phone and it cracked but touch worked fine,after a bit i noticed that it had some yellow spots that wouldnt go away,and some that show up around the cracks only when i press hard on it. Should i only replace the top glass cover or should i replace the whole lcd screen and digitizer.
I’d recommend just replacing the entire screen. Most likely you’d break the screen anyways when replacing the glass as that part on a screen isn’t exactly designed to be removed. An entire screen replacement is pretty much necessary unless you’re a professional phone fixer.
If it doesn’t interfere with what you’re doing then it probably be fine leaving it but if it bothers you then I probably get a new screen and check that the internals aren’t damaged
