originally wanted to just replace the MacBook Pro buffer bar at the bottom because it was cracked but ended up damaging that cable and now the screen won’t work 😭. Can I just order a new part or get a whole new screen
Ouch! If the ribbon cable is damaged from the cracked glass chin plate there is nothing you can do to fix this as the cable is part of the display assembly.
