Have a 2003 Yamaha G22 gas. Starter Gen went out, replaced, ran great for a week, quit. Charged battery, runs for 2 days, quit, replaced voltage regulator, and solenoid. Drove 1 day, quit, charged battery, runs a day or two, quit! Don’t know what else! Help?
It sounds like you have a short which draws the battery down.
