What game did this problem occur in? Does this issue occur with this controller on any of your other games? If it doesn’t, it is most likely an issue with the one game where the problem occurs - if its installed on your system, try reinstalling the game. If its on disc, it couldn’t hurt to get a second copy of the same game to test, just to rule out the problem being caused by a scratch or defect in the first disc. Let me know what you find.
