I bought a new brick and new cable, checked the usb ports, changed outlets, and still won’t turn on. Please help.
Can you please try https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/… and https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/… Seems like a cooling or stable power to the PSU issue. Report back after you’ve tried those methods.
As with the above post I would also check if it is connected to a power strip if the strip is functioning properly. Those do go out from time to time. Try an outlet you know that works.
