I have an Xbox One S that will turn on but not output any video. I tried different cables, tv’s and ports, and none of that worked. I changed the HD to a known good one and I also replaced the retimer chip. I think the Xbox isn’t booting correctly because I cannot turn of the xbox using the controller (by holding the button) I tried booting into the low res mode as well as the troubleshooting menu. None of these work. I tried doing an OSU (Offline system update) and this didn’t work either. The HDMI filters are working and the retimer chip was replaced so I am really stuck here. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My experience with Xbox S’s and display issues are it’s either the Hard Drive needs replacing, or it’s the HDMI transmitter chip if your HDMI port is visually fine. When you replaced the hard drive did you do the formatting it needed?
