I bought a used Xbox One X from a local game store, and every game I try turns off the console after a few minutes and gives a ventilation warning when it starts back up. The store wouldn’t let me return it so I took it to a repair shop, and they cleaned the inside (or what they could, they said that it was immaculate and no dust at all) and replaced the thermal paste, and checked that the fan was working fine, but they still weren’t able to get it to work. I’m a little desperate at the moment, so are there any suggestions to what I could do to fix this?
you could maybe try replacing the main board. also when you got the cover off check were the heat is coming from. that will help guild you to the solution.
