Xbox One X Has No Video Even After Replacing Some Parts Xbox One X

I am working on repairing a Xbox One X that turns on but does not display any video. I replaced the Retimer Chip, HDMI port, and hard drive. It still doesn’t display any video. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else could be wrong with this Xbox?

This might actually be a problem with the tv. Try using it with a friends tv or something. If it works on another tv, your tv is the problem.
