hi, my xbox one stopped reading disks, after determining it was the laser i have replaced it, however even with the new laser it’s still not reading disks, it spins up briefly and the laser illuminates for a second but then there is nothing, like the drive goes dead, what am i doing wrong?
Was the laser replaced with a replacement laser only or with the laser caddy? If it’s without the laser caddy they are really hard to align level properly. It’s most likely an alignment problem.
