Hi there :) I am new in console world. I’ve bought second hand Xbox One S with digital version Gears 5 - I mean I think so - game seems to be on console (in this moment console is doing firmware update) - it is not logged in to Microsoft Store. My question is - will I keep it if I login to my account? If I do factory reset - will it stay? If not - how to keep it? Thank you :)
If you bought it with the game, you should be able to keep it no matter what. Just have the game’s activation key handy, in case you need to provide it after factory reset.
