A small piece of plastic like one that would cover a brand new game fell into the fan and will this melt and cause damage ?
Yes, this will cause damage if the fan blades keep hitting that piece of plastic excessively. I reccomend opening up your Xbox and removing that piece of plastic from your fan ASAP. Xbox One Fan Replacement
