I recently purchased an Xbox One in a online auction it stated it had a bad disk drive. I have reapired several of these. However when i got it in i can tell the previous owner just bought a new drive put it in and did not remove the old disk drive board and put it in the new drive. It will play movies but not games gives me the error code 0x11 Can this be fixed there is no way i can gwt the original disk board.
If there is no way you can get the original disk board, there is no way to fix it, get a refund.
