Chosen Solution
Every time I insert a game, it spins temporarily, then stops and nothing shows up on the TV screen. I was going to take a video from the other side of the optical drive but my power brick conveniently decided to give up on life. The sled mechanism the laser is on moves a tiny bit, stops, and then that’s when the game stops spinning. Does the laser just need to be replaced or could it be something else?
