My xbox one has stopped reading my xbox 360 discs I have tried every method to fix this but it seems nobody has experienced this issue before. I’m hoping that I will find a solution to this problem or even see if anyone else is experiencing this.
Microsoft offers a repair service for the Xbox one as long as it is still under warranty and no warranty tags have been removed. you might be able to send it to them or attempt to contact them on the subject to see what you can do before resorting to replacing the disc drive, which if all else fails is what I would recommend.
