Hello there, while I replaced the potentiometers on my XBOX 360 controllers (wireless), I made a mistake by heating it up too much. It looks like the wire lane connecting the pin with some part of the board is messed up. Now the X-Axis on my right stick isn’t working anymore. I tried replacing it with another potentiometer but got the same result. Looks like I destroyed the connection of one of the pins. I already tried to find a solder joint so I can just use a small cable to get it back working, but I can’t find the neccessary joint.I own another wireless controller which has a slightly different layout and is working fine, however I also couldn’t find a spot where the soldering joint connects on the board. Edit: This is a PCB image of the type of controller I’m using https://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php… Is there any way to connect the lane for the red X without having to solder it directly to the chip?

Unfortunately, you need to solder it.
