My two Xbox one S controllers are not turning ON —- tried replacing batteries — changing USB cables. One unit got this issue 3 weeks ago and 2 days ago another controller also gone. I noticed there is a heating on the controller if plugged to power source for some time. Is it a hardware issue? Please advise. Thanks, Shijo
I have never had this problem but i recommend to take apart the controller and look at the power cables that go to the battery’s.
