Hi, yesterday all 3 interior lights stopped working simultaneously. This could happen because my wife kept the doors open for more than 10 minutes yesterday, but I believe the problem should resolve in 1 minute after closing the doors, but they lights are still off when the doors are opened. I used the NCVT-1 pen to confirm that all 3 lights have current, and that the door open/close sensors work fine - break the current. What can be the issue?
If you have current to all light sockets the light bulbs may be burnt out. Check all bulbs. Update (06/10/2020) Try a hard reset. Go to your breaker box, turn the breaker for your unit off, wait 5 minutes and turn the breaker back on. If this does not fix this problem then your led light control board PS11755867 might be faulty and possibly needs to be replaced. Hope this helps.
