Chosen Solution
i have this problem, but not because i dropped it. I think its because there is a cat from an app (hellopet) that stays on my screen and on the lock screen and i guess it overlays it because i think the cat being there wont let me enter my password or even tap the place to enter it for the keyboard to come up and because it doesnt let u tap anything else except my password… ive tried everything i know but nothing works, already done a hard restart. HELPPPP!! PLEASE!
borrow a friends BlueTooth KeyBoard. or get an OTG adapter and use a USB Keyboard. I do not own on of these. Just thought i would offer a thought.
