Chosen Solution
When I have my battery and power cord plugged in the battery/power led flash orange and the laptop won’t turn on if I remove the battery it will turn on. I have try a battery from another laptop and replaced the bios battery and I’m still having the same problem
It could be a failing charger, If you leave it plugged in overnight, then unplug the charger, then push the power button does it turn on?
