It keep saying that is not charging even though it is and it won’t turn on is fully black! What should I do?
Love Story X Horror Story let us know how you do know that “even though it is”. It does not turn on and has a dark screen so for a proper troubleshooting I would at least start with a new battery. You need to let us know what exact model this is.
