I everyone. Hope to got help whit this on. I recentrly change de battery of an iPod touch 5th gen succesfully, but after i power it of it won’t turn on again. After the battery replacement the iPod was working but it was lock and i didn’t know the code so before i ask the person the code and get the answer i decide to power off the device. Surprise when i get the code the iPod won’t turn on, try the 15 second home/power hold nothing. try to charge it for the night, nothing. finaly try to let it fully discharge for two week then plug it and re-tri the button hold and nothing. Wish you guys have something that could help me revive that device. Thanks

need to check if it is charging first . get a usb ammenter

Sounds like battery may not have been bad afterall, might be charge port, charger, or wire, so try different charge equipment to see if something might work. There is also a total reset option that you might try, resets and restarts everything.
