Not all motor are spinning same speed
Check and make sure there’s nothing wrapped around a motor shaft (like hair) as that will slow a motor down. If nothing there, use a multimeter set to DC voltage, disconnect the motors, and verify each is getting the correct voltage and that it is consistent with each motor. If so, might need to replace the motors.
