Won T Spin I Have To Spin Tube By Hand Until It Spins Kenmore 80 Series Washing Machine

Washer doesn’t spin, I have to rotate the tub and then turn the machine on to see if it catches. Don’t know what’s wrong with it. But once it catches, it spins good. Just changed the clutches, everything is good. It just It don’t spin

Check the capacitor for the motor. Weak/failing capacitors won’t get it going, but if you start it by hand and it takes off fine then the cap is the first thing I would check.
