My phone doesn’t ring when I receive text messages

  1. Tap and hold the messaging app, and a secondary menu appears
  2. Go to App info
  3. Make sure the “allow notifications” switch is “on”.

What to do if my Samsung is on Blacklist? I buy it 3 month ago and was fine and today no provider my sim disnt work and when I called the phone company said it is listed in blacklist. The guy who sold it to me i think he took the money from me and than he used his insurance to get extra money and now i have a not working phone. What to do?
