My watch was on low. attery amdnstopped responding, time is stuck at 5:09, non of the buttons work, I cant turn it off. The screen lights up when I press button but won’t turn off. When plus into charger nothing happens. Please help:)
Try removing the battery for 30 sec and replacing the battery. This should reset your watch.
Plug into the charging cable and power source, then hold power button for 5 seconds. This will enter forced test mode. Scroll through the screens and check your device statistics.
