Chosen Solution
Ok replaced charging port. No trouble. Made all solid good connections, double checked. Does nothing now. Have plugged in via Apple charging cable NADA …..Removed screen again checked all connections ..all good. Battery fail ? Any way to test battery while screen is removed ?? Thank you
If you think it is coming on but no display is showing, try to plug it in to a laptop or desktop PC and see if the PC recognized the iPad. If the PC recognize the iPad is plugged in, then the screen might need repaired. If you plug it in, does it show the battery is charging. Plug in the cable and see if it will work while it is plugged into the outlet. If it does work then most likely it is a bad battery.
