Hello I’m having problems with my cell phone….it was working fine on day and now it’s not…i got this phone from a friend and I had my account switched to it so there is service but when I shut it off and turned it back on it shows the welcome screen to set up the cell phone and when I pick English for my language and hit next it asks to set up internet connection so I click mobile network because I don’t have wi-fi and I hit next it’s says that my account has been added so I hit next again and then it says just a sec and that’s as far as it will let me go….what do i do
