Chosen Solution
I just upgraded my modem through the cable company and the Toshiba Satellite laptop won’t connect to the internet now. It shows my router and says that the signal strength is excellent, but it just keeps showing connecting and doesn’t ask for my password. I click on neighbor’s and it does ask for my password after 5 seconds. I’ve tried shutting the computer down and restarting like the cable company suggested. I’m just very confused why it recognizes other networks, but won’t recognize mine. Does anyone have any ideas?
Tell it to forget the network then try to reconnect if you have not already did this. It is still trying to connect to the old router.
