Won T Charge After Water Damage Iphone 4S

My iphone 4s is working fine but won’t charge. I already test a new charge flex cable and a new battery but it still not charging. Anyone know what IC or logicboard it potentially damage? Thank you Atualizar (26-01-2017) When I plug charger to the iPhone it detect but it not charging

@rubenlopes before you start looking at replacing IC’s I suggest you replace the dock connector next. It can fail on the charger part but will still allow your phone to be recognized.

Put your iPhone through a water damage treatment.
