I upgraded the ram and memory, and it worked fine till I moved houses. It sat for months in a school bag and now won’t boot up. The fan will spin and the front light blinks with a click, but that’s all it does.
The memory speed should be pc3-8500s check you have used that and not something faster. You likely have a connection issue so try cleaning the conacts with isoprophyl then install one dimm at a time and turn on inbetween.
