I replaced this antenna flex cable on my wife’s iPhone 6 because GPS and WIFI were intermittent. After replacing the cable, I haven’t noticed any difference with GPS and/or WIFI…if anything, it’s gotten worse. Everything else was working fine before I replaced it. After I got the phone reassembled the lock/power button and volume up do not work anymore. The silent/ring switch is also very sensitive. What did I do wrong? Maybe I got oils from my fingers on the parts causing disruption in conductivity?? Frustrated…any help is greatly appreciated!
When you say intermittent was they not working at all at times or was they low??? Its quite rare for the antennas to get damaged as their buried deep and nothing really happens to them. Did you replace all the screws in the top left hand side of the phone??? U might have damaged the volume flex during dissasemby maybe if you removed the battery, replace the volume flex
