Chosen Solution
I was selling this mac i erased the hard drive but some how the whole thing got completely wiped out. We are trying to use an external ssd to boot from but that won’t even work
I had issues restoring this, I found the best solution was to do an internet recovery with the Ethernet plugged in. hold command R while starting the mac.
