My windshield wipers only work on high speed and my washer pump don’t work 2003 Crown victoria
@n1967 , Napoleon, The wiper switch in the multifunction switch which grounds the input wires in different combinations to signal the wiper motor, telling wiper motor which speed/function has been requested. The electronics are all built into the wiper motor. You may have a bad/corroded wire/plug, faulty multi function switch or bad wiper motor.
