Windows 8.1 and 10 can be downloaded for free on Microsoft. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software… https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software… You simply need another computer, a blank DVD or a thumb drive you can erase. Follow the instructions to create installation media, and instructions on installation.
