My computer is not starting and it is showing that windows Boot Manager. 0xc0000001. My pc is windows 7

You really mean that the computer starts up but cannot boot into Windows. That specific error seems to be fairly common and can be caused by several problems, some related to an actual hardware failure in your computer, specifically computer RAM, but usually because some critical Windows file or files are damaged. First, have you tried starting Windows in “Safe Mode”, which you do by holding down the F8 key before Windows starts to load, essentially very soon after the startup beep? If that works select “Safe Mode with networking” and if the F8 does work (so “Safe Mode” starts but your first selection fails) then try different Startup options like just “Safe Mode”. If you can get to a Windows desktop open up “Control Panel” and start “Troubleshooting”. There is another Safe Mode, “Safe Mode with Command Prompt”, but many users are not familiar with such a thing although that will allow you to access some Windows repair tools. If that doesn’t work or solve the problem you will have to boot to a Windows 7 installer DVD and chose the option to Repair your Windows installation. There is an option for troubleshooting when Windows won’t start/boot. Depending on the computer brand you own holding down a specific key, usually the F8 or F12 function key, as the computer very first starts will boot to a CD/DVD. If you don’t have that DVD you will have to try to find one. There are also various free troubleshooting CD/DVDs that are not from Microsoft but that can check your machine and try to repair various things. But to use those you have to be able to download the DVD or CD image (".iso") and burn the DVD/CD, which means you need a working computer or the use of a working computer.
