My Aspire V5 with Windows 8 suddenly crashed and is stuck in a preparing automatic repair cycle. How can I get out of this cycle at least long enough to recover files and programs from the hard drive?
Operating System may have gotten corrupted, but check if you can get into the safe mode to recover your data. Best Solution is to format and clean install the OS. If you have important data in the hard drive then connect to a another computer to recover data.
