Hi guys! I still have a Macbook 13” 2008 Unibody - works without a problem. I’d like to install Windows 8.1 on it and give at away. So far, I’ve installed it and then ran full Windows Update. The bootcamp exe didnt work (saying this model is not supported), but WinUpdate picked up most of the devices, except the chipset, bluetooth, audio, and for some reason the red light in audiojack socket (SPDIF i guess) is always on. Has anyone of you had any success with installing all of the necessary drivers? I think some will be missing, but Chipset, BT, and Audio are the most important. Thanks!

You may want to review what BootCamp is Wikipedia - Boot Camp Apple does not offer support to run BootCamp within El Capitan on your system. I would review this document: Installing Windows 7 on your Mac using Boot Camp to see if Microsoft offers a straight up means to run Windows on your Mac system. Unlike BootCamp you are not using MacOS at all! Here we are treating the MacBook Pro as if it was just a Windows PC. Go to this web site and download the needed Windows drivers for your Mac to run Windows straight up BootCamp. I do think you are going way into left field here. Someone will be happy just to have a Mac running OS-X.
