Chosen Solution
I am using Asus x456u laptop. I click the update and shutdown icon and the coputer started updating. When it came to 77%, it got stuck. Then l turned the laptop off by power button. Then the laptop started updating ,again it stuck when it gets 77%. Same thing happened over and over again. In the meantime l tried to do recovery by pressing f9,it also did not work,the comp.automatically starts updating after reopening. If there is anybody helping mw with this,it will really be appreciated. Thanks
Have you tried windows restore? If it fails you can restore your computer to a previous state using your backup. *Continuely press the function key F12 until a windows repair screen appear. If it doesn’t, restart the computer and repeat the process using another key until you identify the function key for your OS.Select the option to restore your computer, Choose your data backup, and boot from it.
