Recently my smartwatch got immersed in water and now the display is not functioning but I could still see it vibrate, will you be able to change the display alone in this copy of Apple smart watch?
iFixit doesn’t do repairs, they offer help in repairing things via the Answers forum here as well as supping tools and parts via their online store. Apple watch copies like you have are very difficult to source parts as they are very different to Apples parts internally. I would try to find the makers info from your original packaging or on the watch its self. Try to reach out to them for help in getting the needed part and needed documentation to install it.
