It shouldn’t. I don’t know about that adapter, but this one https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B079… works just fine for me and I’ve got a few friends that also use it. This one is also cheaper and allows you to use the DualShock 4’s Gyro with games like Splatoon 2.
