Chosen Solution
I had my Ps4 for a few years now and it just did this, it will turn on but it’ll say can’t start up. Then i did the download the 5.55 or latest update to a formated flashdrive and hooked it up to the ps4 and it said its installing and will restart when finished then it just repeats itself. Does anyone know what i have to do to fix it?
did you try booting to safe mode and restarting
