That is voltage regulation to the baseband. I would be surprised if it will boot without it. I don’t know that you’ve given the correct information to get a good answer from us. What were you doing when you damaged that component? I somewhat doubt that is the only thing damaged… Why is that component missing?
the phone will say just “searching’”, and has not imei number. You use this phone as ipod, or desolder this voltage regulator.
