just replaced lower steering shaft & still hard to turn at low rpm’s. steer’s fine & easy after 10 mph.,so pump is working,could pressure switch failed or could resivoir filter be clogged?? how can i check these problems?
yes , it will . look for a collapsed hose or dirt in reservoir… if you can hear it whi ning when you turn the wheel its your power steering pump
