I just got my camera for Christmas in 2017. In March 2018 I took it out to get ready for a trip abroad. I was able to take a couple pictures and sync it to my phone. When I got to the other country in April 2018 it would only let me take 1 picture then I had to take the batteries out in order to get it to turn off so I could turn it back on to take another picture. It is still doing the same thing…1 picture then I have to remove the batteries to turn it off so another picture can be taken. Is there anything that can be done to get it working right??? Or is this just a piece of junk now taking up space? My husband spent a fair amount of money on this, I hate to throw it away, it seems like a real nice camera.
Sounds like your memory card might be bad. Format your memory card and try again to take pictures. But be sure to copy everything off of the memory card before formatting it, because all is erased when you format a memory card.
