My daughters kindle will not turn on without being placed on charger. I’m order for her to use it it has to be continuously plugged up on the charger and when it comes on the indicator shows the battery is full
There could be 3 different problems. Charger port, battery, or motherboard. The battery is the easiest fix of the 3. And the motherboard would not be cost effective to fix.
