I dropped my phone in the toliet by accident and after putting it in rice the phone only plays audio through the headphone jack. Even when there are no headphones plugged in, it still says headphones are plugged in
This usually means there’s still water in the phone and/or in the headphone jack (rice doesn’t work to dry the insides of the phone) Try using a Qtip to dry the headphone jack and rebooting the phone again.
Y’know those cotton things you put inside your ears to clean wax, us one of those. leave one side dry and strip the other one a bit to fit. Keep putting it in and then the water coming use the dry end to clean. At the end, once all the water Is out, strip the dry end and use that. It worked for me.
