Hi Suddenly last night whilst plugged in the machine turned off whilst rendering a video. Now it only works on mains power, absolutely no battery life at all. It was faultless until last night. 13 months old so probably not under warranty? Tried the battery reset by holding power button 20s etc etc, no dice. Could it be a loose connection? Should I open her up?
Hi, Does the laptop indicate that the battery is charging when the charger is connected? Create a Win 10 battery report to check the status of the battery. Compare the Design Capacity value versus the Full Charge capacity value to determine the condition of the battery
